Ed - I believe we're going to have to agree to disagree. The thought of retaining an attorney doesn't particularly appeal to me, but I cannot let this blatatnt violation of ethics and/or securities regulations go unaddressed.

You have yet to answer the critical few questions I put to you:

1. What business did the CEO & CFO have granting a glowing IBD interview days before they had to know they were going to drop a bomb?

2. Weren't they at the very least morally and possibly legally obliged to refrain from granting that interview.

3. What business did the CEO have filing to sell 20M shares shortly after the interview and before the bomb?

I don't think you and I will come to terms on whether or not a lawsuit is warranted, but I'd at least like to hear how you'd respond to those questions.

Josh
