Eric, it's 118 members, and remember "Registrant believes that it does not have sufficient liquidity or capital resources to purchase the interests of the UCL members". But if they did, shares at what? .016 = over 5MM shares. Better add that to the possible total outstanding so we're up to almost 142MM.
