Actually, they found enough. The Republicans backed down and eventually, Dornan "lost" the election by 9 votes. There is also widespread suspicion in the Maryland elections here. The last election for governor was decided by less than 6,000 votes and absentee ballots for more than twice the number. The Democrats were prevented from mailing batches of ballots to nursing homes where they could be marked up by a nursing home administrator.
