Brettster, Who knows what will happen next. It's all speculation at this point. FWIW - and from what I can gather, I'll guess a declaration of bankruptcy will be announced by Friday. I suspect that there's now little chance of a deal prior to bankruptcy. I believe common shareholders will be left holding the bag on this one.
