Spoke with KCAP investor relations today. Select Corporate Services shares will be issued sometime after the new year. Of course, old news, keyclub launched yesterday. I sold out at the $4+ level. Looking to buy back in below $2. There are plenty of bashers around for this one but The company has been consistently delivering on promises since May. Maybe I am being too naive but I like this stock for a long term hold and the corporation has been delivering. Back to lurk mode. MrClean
