Talking to myself. Helloooo?? Anybody out there? My broker says this isn't as bad as it looks. First, his info is that they should begin delivery within 2 to 4 weeks. Second, the convertibles aren't a Reg-S deal (PJ got burnt--badly--with that before) but Reg-R, which means that buyers can't bail out immediately. In addition, the guy who fixed everything is the person who got the German mutual funds invested in the stock, so his reputation (and his ass) is/are on the line. Still it would be nice if they'd make this stuff clear. Fingers crossed. Janice
