Sergio, I did a quick top level check on ICO after it was pointed out to be a value play. I have looked at a couple of different places to figure out if it really is a good one (yahoo, thompson etc). After learning that book value is about $24 and is trading at around 20, it does look like a good buy. However, based on recent decline in price and a bunch of insider sales I am getting a bit skeptical. Is there something that you can dig up that points out to a potential problem? Your help much appreciated. Ramesh
