You are correct about the push towards small business and the direct sales program being posted here. A killer web site would certainly help. I have visited the CPQ web site several times to look at computers. It is OK but could be improved.

I think they could do some target e mail marketing. The marketing would be for products that fit the customers business model. They could put links in the e mail back to the web site on special or new products. This would save a few trees, postage, furnish product information, and be timely.
