Amazon.com is to Barnesandnoble.com (the name is too long!)
as Iomega is to Syquest.

Amazon.com is to Borders.com is what gilded age St. Louis turned out to be relative to Chicago.

A lot of money spent too quickly on the wrong things, in order to become the primary commerce hub.

Still, St. Louis didn't turn out that bad.

Nonetheless the first to spend the most money in the most lavish manner possible, was not the one that really made it big.

St. Louis invested too much in waterways, which in light of railroad development in Chicago, turned out to have been quite frivolous and excessive waste of money.

I would suggest that you folks book up on the Gilded Age of Commerce Hub Development before you throw too much money at this oinker.
