Geoff, Only 2 private placements, not three. This news release relates to the private placement announced Sep 14/98. This is just the VSE confirming final approval. I may be new to the thread, but I have been watching it (the thread) and Epic for about 3 years and try to get the facts straight before I make any kind of judgement, good, bad or indifferent.
