This is some time to be minting gold roubles - when S. Africa and Russia themselves are dumping gold on the market in order to sustain foreign reserve levels. Why don't they mint palladium roubles??!! At least palladium is in demand! Oh, I forgot that the palladium miners in Siberia havn't been paid in a dogs age and refuse to mine.
