Can anyone answer this question? When the principals of companies convicted of fraud (Lincoln Savings and DeLorien, as examples) are sent to prison and fined millions upon millions of dollars, does any of the fine money get back to the victims (in our case, the shareholders)? If the government prosecutes the case, do they keep the money?
