Based on OAK's 10-K for the fiscal year ended 6/30/1998, "..in April, 1998, the company acquired key assets of ODEUM, ....the acquisition included two products currently in production,...., an integrated MPEG-2 audio/video decoder and transport demultiplexer (OTI-8211), and a DVB-S compliant QPSK demodulator. (OTI-8511)."

The OTI-8521, the Oak's 1st-gen DVB/DSS-compliant QAM demodulator for cable set-top boxes, was not ready when Odeum was acquired,however, the OTI-8521 is sampling now.
