Dell needs to buy .... They don't need to buy anyone, I have thought that Dell could expand their software offerings though. I think they could create a setup where you could order over the net, enter your service tag, and it would install onto your machine. The books and backup CDROM would follow in the mail a few days later. Maybe they should buy Amazon. TP
