Ssssshhhhhh...! You might wake up the company with all of this! As the
company gets quitter and quieter, the stock price drops further and further.
Even if we are not a 51% interest in the company, could we not still sue
the company for false advertising and false claims? Charles and others,
you have still not refuted by posts on the real time quotes. There haven't
been answers on the Q&A board in the last few days or more. I do not
know if there is a shareholders meeting next week.
Charles, if you found out without a doubt that the product were illegal
would you still remain invested?
I am asking for someone at the company to please answer our questions.
Actually not just somebody but the CEO!
Points to remember:
1) An 800 phone number at the company was "taken down" or something.
2) No posts on the Q&A board in the last few days or more.
3) No company employees (to my knowledge) where on Flexchat today
(usually Richard stops by).
4) The company has stopped posting on S.I.
5) The stock price is falling.
6) Volume was about 80,000 today but then again, the stock price is about
1/4 the price it was a few months ago.
7) We do not know if the shareholders meeting is taking place.
8) No reseller forms are available yet (I have not gotten mine at least).
Doesn't anybody find this strange?
