Michelle,

Dave Duffield seems to want to cross breed SAP with Yahoo and cash in like Visa, all together in good old PSFT, if I understand the press releases right. Revolutionary, is the only word I know to describe the endeavour. I shall digest the news further, and wait for the things to come true.

But, will those future merchants in the future PSBN really pay! If it wan't PSFT to suggest such thing, knowing they can, want to and will link such offerings edi-wise to their customers ERP I should doubt.

Yahoo just sells delivers infrastructure for information. Fine! So Yahoo's advertisers pay their dues.

But to sell business infrastructure is just a much more needed and value adding infrastructure, than only news and entertainment. Also the customers are better educated and have deeper pockets, that I think about to increase my portfolios PSFT-share quite a bit.

What think You?

Lutz
