Piece of cake-Walt-just need to read it over a few times.

Basically, MDIN's filed this document with the court of appeals.

The document outlines why the Olivos/Dayton case should be thrown out on appeal.

Looks like there is 6 reasons why the case should be thrown out. The biggy is the fact that Dayton didn't file in the property register-only the discovery register. They don't have title to Churrmata-therefore how can they say somebody else's claim-ie Olivos is invalid when they have no say in the matter?!:) Olivos did all the proper things to do in Chilean law. Olivos does have clear title.

I assume you know what the consequenses are if Olivos/MDIN wins the appeal.(ie Daytons claims are thrownout.) The real interesting fact is why MDIN posted this today? Are they expecting a ruling tomorrow?

By the way, don't ask me what is meant by THE RIGHT Section #2). That section is mumbo jumbo to me!
