I received a message from Doug yesterday. He returned my call as soon as he took my message, but I had already left and didn't get it until this morning.

Much as I had anticipated, due to an oversight he didn't file his papers on time. He has his lawyer working on it for him.

I can't agree with your implications Luc. If he had done any trading, I don't know how he could have benefited, unless it was to live on. If it was illegal, it could only have been to keep the share price down? Why would he do that?

No, I think the only implication here is that the largest shareholder in the company can't sell any shares. Pump, with no dump.

In any case, we should see something soon (?) as the equipment is one week away.
