<unknown little telecom like Enron> ENRON has all these big natural gas pipes that go around the country. BIG pipes--So, you wanna be a telecom ?? Just put a fiber bundle in there at let it go where your pipes go. For free, and just a little capital to CIEN and CSCO and you are cooking with gas. I think it is a neat idea.
