Rosie O'Donnell Takes it to the 'Street' - Sesame Street
Julia Roberts, Whoopi Goldberg, Roberta Flack and Ruth Buzzi Join Rosie O'Donnell in Special Hour Broadcast from the Set of the World Famous Sesame Street
NEW YORK, Nov. 2 /PRNewswire/ -- "...In honor of the 30th celebration of Children's Television Workshop's legendary ''Sesame Street,'' Rosie O'Donnell, actress, comedienne, and syndicated talk show personality, will dedicate an entire ''Rosie O'Donnell'' show to highlight this amazing milestone in television programming. This marks the first time ever that Rosie has hosted her show from a venue other than her own production studios. She will transport her entire crew and set from their location at 30 Rockefeller Plaza and set up shop in the center of ''Sesame Street.''
Rosie and her ''Sesame Street'' Muppet co-host Baby Bear along with regulars, Big Bird, Elmo, Bert, Zoe, Rosita and Prairie Dawn, will be joined by a star-studded cast including Julia Roberts, Whoopi Goldberg, Ruth Buzzi, and Roberta Flack in a dazzling array of sketches and songs...Children's Television Workshop (CTW) is a not-for-profit company using media to educate and delight children and families worldwide.
