David,

Shares Outstanding as of 4/1/98==14,522,903 from last SEC filing. The day I called the Transfer Agent was 10/6/98 and the shares on that date were 15,858,964 or a growth of 1,336,061. At first I thought the number from the Sec report was for the year ending 1997, however on page 2 it clearly states "Outstanding as of April 1, 1998. And since the report was not filed until 6/18/98 it makes sense to use the latest quarters numbers. That's seems like a lot for a six month period , and it is much greater than the monthly average a year ago in 1997. But when you don't have cash that's all you can use. My concern is that those shares issued for services will act as an overhang until those to whom they were issued decide to sell.
