immediate short squeeze since oct 15 is now ended.

it appears fear is setting in that the whisper number will not be met. (most of all the large orders sold today were on the downtick)

it's almost time...

to watch the Reg S shares & expired lock-up shares start to hit the mkt, or if ...

Tough talk from SEC...
However, the most important thing in the
overnight news was that the SEC announced measures to stem what it called
"widespread manipulation of financial reports." I would add parenthetically
that it is only the mass speculation in the financial markets that allows this
to occur in the aggregate.

If investors (although I shudder to describe today's participants that way)
weren't in such a speculative frame of mind, they would see through these
corporate shenanigans, and these corporations would be penalized. This
definitely is a step in the right direction. Quite frankly, ever since the two
major fraud companies, Cendant and Sunbeam , blew up, the SEC has
been embarrassed and has decided to take matters into their own hands. Good for
them!

afterall, TLC isn't really in the software publishing business, it's in the business of acquisitions & takeovers in the field of software publishing. all the "onetime" acquisition charges have become standard operasting expenses since 1994...and TLC admits it will have to continue to acquire companies to grow...
