Allen, what might Sanyo be announcing in the weeks ahead? It's time to place your bets, before the window closes shortly.

Did Sanyo, a seventeen billion dollar international conglomerate
buy a license from ECD on a speculative-if-come basis, or do they
have some vague idea where they might be able to sell the batteries
they just bought a license to produce for $8 million dollars? What
do you think?

In the meantime, the speculative traders are apparently taking their
quick profits, driving our stock below seven again. There may be yet another opportunity to pick up some more bargain stock, before we
really take off.

An announcement from Sanyo receiving major orders may not be enough.
But, that coupled with another round of license sales could bring us
some much needed positive attention and contribute to a positive cash flow. One more licensee signing up this year would do the trick. A
second one would really help.

We should know before year-end.

Regards.
