Mike it just means that the Chilean appeals court has a few more things to hear on Thursday. My guess is that things are moving along quite well, not sure how fast they will take to render a damage award or any of that stuff. I would think that Medinah obviously has the upper hand from what I have read. Maybe Gary could use his legal ease to interpret for us lit 'l ol neophite armchair ceo' ers. I would also think that the IP's are close to or already in the hands of G. House and that the drills are not to far off folks. I too wish for it three months ago, but it does seem things should get hopping over the next week or so. I'm sure Ralph, Ian, Les, and all of the "boyz" are ready for this baby to arrive. Argentina Gold may be knocking some doors down for us. Also, our friends at DAY, well at least the night janitor may be doing his duty real soon. LOL! Just having fun, you nucks at Dayton, learn to laugh a little, thats what you get for messing with someone with nothing to lose....always remember that dogs on the porch thing!!!! :-)
