I'm not in this fund yet, but I find it a fascinating way to bet on a slide.

Tonight Tice said on NBR he see's the DOW below 7000 level in 1998.
and DOW 4000 within 18 months due to trends in the credit cycle and reduced corp earnings.

Ya gotta love his conviction.
