Thanks Vince for the Thursday info. What is surprising from reading the Olivos appeal is that the case was ever decided in Dayton's favor. The Olivos's attorney at the time must have been useless. Seems like checking all the title records would have been the first place to start. It is clear that Dayton only filed in the discovery register because their claims would have been diallowed when they attempted to place in the formal property register. Lots of greed, shady characters, and thugs in this world-hey?
