I never have or never will have an account with these guys. I'd open up an account with MSDW before I'd do that. I do believe though even today, that in a couple of ears, Datek will be making some rather interesting Headlines. God bless the screwed. I have both an MSDW and a Datek account. I've also a PaineWebber account, as they allow me to "go naked". Don't knock it till you try it. I'm bothered by Datek as they gave the rather strong appearance or impropriety... it almost seemed they were colluding with TMF in market manipulation by having sent out that flier... which would definately not be on the up and up if it proves true. I only pray that they were huxtered into this collusion by TMF... were an unwitting participant... otherwise, if they knowingly allowed TMF to use them to manipulate some stocks (AMZN, AOL and YHOO) it could spell trouble for Datek.
