You are right that there are no fundamental negatives but VICL has been technically weak for almost 2 years. It seems as if the big runup over 2 years ago to over 20 has taken a technical toll as the short-term profit takers drove VICL down to the low teens in short order and I suspect that those who bought high back then have seen every move into the high teens as the place to take their minimal losses. I have thought for about the last 18 months that VICL has been someone's trading medium at the expense of the long term investor. Jim
