ED: Thanks for the info. The 15.8'mil number sounds just like what I would have expected. I thought you were indicating that they were well over 16 million shares. GZ has stated to me that Mr. Gagel has been paid in the form of shares in the past. I don't know if that is continuing in that case, but I have gotten the feeling over and over from George that he is trying his best to avoid giving shares to anyone. In Gagel's case, he is providing a valuable service at this crucial time, and he has bills to pay just like everyone else. He might be one of the sellers, but I would think he is selling just what he absolutely has to. dave Again, if a nice financing package comes through, then I would think this share issuance will cease.
