Bill, I have restrained from saying the very same thing
as you did in your post.

But the sad truth is someone seems to be pushing the stock
via informal channels which are guaranteed to hit the internet
and push the price temporarily. And it happens just when we have
filings to sell 350k shares.

I want all this to be true. If it is, then spend the $500
and put out a release.
