Throughout all the news disseminations by Napier we have
had a market reacting upward and profit-taking by traders
and sellers of cheap paper defeated every favorable news
release by the company. Add to this, the agenda of the
shorts who had reason to hit the stock with all sorts of
innuendos and accusations of past mistakes which may
have been true or in any event used to create a spin which
was damaging beyond repair. So the stock eventually
spun out of control and downward. It took a few months
to stabilize the stock and now it begins a new life of its
own, and with the spin meisters revealed for their agenda,
we can ignore them and the stock will now find its rightful
place.

Napier's rally started today without the benefit of news
which should make this rally much more solid.

Napier has laid the groundwork for development of a
world-class company. It has a patented product with a
large market potential, the corporate muscle and marketing
expertise of two large multi-national companies ICI Chemical and K-G Packaging to achieve its goal, a
successful launch of SV-35 with TWA against a formidable
competitor, Turco, and logistics in place to execute their
marketing plan in the largest market - the US.

How much is all this worth? If I were to value all the
improvements in place in the company thus far, I think the
stock would be worth $5. And this is where the stock
should be heading towards in the months ahead. We
should see the true worth of the stock reflected in the
price, as Napier plays catch-up with more substantial
developments being announced in their reports to
shareholders and interested public investors.
