There's a rumor going around that our boy Tom Kurlak is preparing a concession speech being the losing challenger to Intel's incumbency.How can his earnings projections for Intel next year be so much different than the rest of the Street.Semi's have bottomed out and PC sales are brisk..a new 52 week high for Intel would validate his incompetency!
