EAR buying back 20 million shares. Tuesday November 3, 9:42 pm Eastern Time HEARx Ltd board approves 20 mln shr buyback WEST PALM BEACH, Fla., Nov 3 (Reuters) - HEARx Ltd. said Tuesday it has approved a stock repurchase program of up to 20 million shares over the next 12 to 18 months. Funding for the purchases will come from the company's available cash, profits from operations and a line of credit to be established for the buyback, the company said in a statement. It has about 100.77 million shares outstanding. The stock closed at 9/16, down 1/16 on the day.
