I agree that yields are improving, and that all DRAM makers will have a better quarter this quarter than last. Higher prices, lower costs - great while it lasts.

Of course DRAM prices will eventually start down again. The big question, as always, is whether MU can cut prices faster than the prices fall. The answer I believe is that if MU can cut costs faster than the competition, the prices will not fall as fast as costs. Companies that are bleeding money lean towards production slowdowns to keep prices up, and this will tend to slow down any decline. And I believe that MU will cut costs faster than the competition, and thus will be fine.
