The checks can now be cashed and shares issued. That's a lot of money coming into the company and there is a lot more on the way when the other private placements are approved. They can drill a lot of conventional wells with this money . Rig prices are also at the lowest level in years. It's beginning to feel like the fog is lifting! Cheers, JR.
