This stock offering may be good if they get a good marketing department. They have to take advantage of the window of opportunity. If they send out another incorrect ad, or target the marketing in the wrong direction, or the insiders suck the money out, then there is a problem.

Overall, this is the right step to take if they use the money correctly. This is encouraging to me.
