Floyd, it may have been a Gulf War victory but it ended about a week early. Even George Bush has conceded that it should have ended with that a**hole hanging by his ankles but they assumed he would be swept away in the humiliation of defeat. Two years later when Clinton comes in, it is a hell of a lot tougher to get rid of the guy without the international consensus we had in 1991. Mistakes have been made by both administrations. I got a strategy for Bubba. Aim those cruise missiles at the pipelines and the oil ports. The only way to get that idiot's attention is to cut off the money. The other Arab states will go along because it will jack up the price of oil and Clinton can definitely count on support from the members of this thread. <ggg> John
