<he is a very astute short seller and bear.> IMO, "astute" and being short INTC for the past three years have no business in the same discussion. <I have to admit that diversifying your portfolio into short selling can signifcantly reduce the risk> I'm not arguing with your point above but just like being long, it is critical that you pick the right positions to short and for the right reasons. IMO, picking and sticking with a short like INTC says a lot about Fleckenstein's basic mis-understanding of the technology revolution. I have much more respect for some of the shorts which I have met right here on SI. FF
