Thanks for those facts Mike, sincerely. Now we must weigh the importance of information technology in such an economy. Of course it will play a greater role in the future, then it does today. But will it play a great enough role for the average Chinese to spend half of their yearly income. Will there be something cheaper than the PC we know today? A totally integrated chip no doubt. Will it be based on the x86 architecture? Don't know. I agree, thinking about the future is great fun. Bob
