Am I missing something on SGNC?

Results of Operations.

During the quarterly period ending June 30, 1998, the Company's only business operations were those of Sanguine California. During this period, the Company received total revenues of $0 and sustained a net loss of $123,439.

Also in 1997 Tom Drees, the President sold 900,000 shares of stock.

In addition, on Sept 25th, 1998 an S-8 was filed issuing 700,000 more shares. 500,000 to a "consultant" and 200,000 for "legal" fees/services.

Also noted Neveda in the S-8.

Good luck.
