I'd like to trade stock market info and fundamental research capabilties in exchange for explanation of technology trends. I have taught myself a great deal about technolgy over the past 3-4 years..but I am not an engineer. I have many questions but I'll try one initially.....What are the mechanics of how SCSI adapter chipsets and adapter cards work to speed the interface between the MPU and different I/O devices(Be as technical as you want). How proprietary is the business, and with so much excess foundry capacity in the Far East, why wouldn't one see more competition in this business given 55% gross margins and 22% net margins.
