Ram I continue to believe there will be a recession that will affect Y2K service compnaies two ways in the post 2000 period. It will reduce IT spending among some short sighted companies. Others though in an attemp to become more competitive will undertake modernizing their key IT systems. This will be done though only after considerable competitive bidding and comparison with doing it largely internally to preserve jobs. I believe IMRS and the other low cost IT providers will do well in getting business but at much lower prices than they get today. IMRS which has the best gross margins in the industry will be able to do well in this environment.
