Not to confuse us any more but who now holds the Tunisian assets?

Answer: Flexweight

Who has the European lender been negotiating with for the last several months?

Answer: NUOA

Now that NUOA no longer holds the assets that the loan is for, why would the lender be negotiating with NUOA and not FXWA?

Answer: I do not know.

Was the tender sheet offered by the lender to NUOA (and it's demand that the company reverse split) still appropriate now that it does not own the assets directly?

Answer: I do not know.

Will the lender now have to work with FXWA on determining if it will extend the credit for Gammarth?

Answer: I do not know. If so, the filing that we read yesterday was written to conform to SEC rules and the company was required to disclose everything including it's discussions with the lender.

Again, is it a mute point now that NUOA does not hold the assets and the reverse split that was mentioned, no longer applies?

Anyone?

Ken
