gersh-- OT i disagree. i dont think god and his laws are immoral. i just dont think the bible needs to be codified into the USC. God's laws are for individuals to follow because thats how God is going to judge us, one by one. the laws of government are the laws of men, and are arbitrated by men. i know of no man fit to judge as God. >>There is no difference between morals and laws except when it comes time for enforcement.<< i dont think so...for example, is it morally right to charge usury rate of interest? no. is it legal? sure, check out your credit card statement<G>. i will agree that our laws do have a moral basis. the problem is, morals, though i know i will hear chapter and verse on this one, are subjective. whose do you use? good luck to all, trey
