Oh, also, there is an institutional banker's conference (RIBA) Dec 3-5 in San Francisco California intended to inform potential institutional investors of TCBG. This is not a stock offering. It is intended to introduce 122 member investment firms to TCBG (and five other companies). This may be interesting to keep an eye on. Shoe.
