The earnings (or lack of them) should be any day but no later than 11/15.
As for the float, its huge. The Marketguide # is the IPO float because the policy is to leave the IPO float for one year (the IPO was 13.2M shares at $21 - the float will be recalced by marketguide 1 year after the IPO (3/99). The actual float is upwards of 25M shares.
