I would like an explanation on your terms of use...perhaps you can explain to me how you will not enforce something that is part of the terms of use and instead leave it up to the individual. If this is the case, why is it in the terms of use???? You CHOOSE to enforce your terms of use and many of them are quite vague in respect to their definition. However, the term "libel" is not so vague.

So, how does one enforce the terms of use but yet leave it up to the individual. Are you saying that I must go get a court ruling to say someone committed libel and that is the only way you will enforce that particular terms of use????

And how many more of your terms of use are not policed by you but left up to the individual??? If someone is going to comply with the terms of use, they must understand how and where and what they are used for as they are trying to comply with your mandates so as they don't get put in web jail.
