I think it might be better to ask what people think about the class action suit against SYMC and what affects it may have on its stock price. I have zero experience with these kind of matters. I know shareholders have tried to sue companies like INTEL before. Even though their stock price has gone through the roof. Is this a similar frivilous (sp?) case or is this something that we (as current stockholders) should be concerned about?
