I'm typically more interested about Insider buying, than selling. If a lot of insiders are selling that is certainly significant. But many people sell stock for many reasons...taxes, divorce, new house, new boat, exercising options, etc. These individuals don't have many chances/windows to sell. Furthermore, their selling just increases liquidity for institutions making the stock more attractive.

Shares outstanding a/o 10/30/98 according to Market Guide:

11.60 Million
2.80 Million is the size of the float...not much

Let the performance of the company and its industry be your guide within the parameters of the market.

When I first picked up this stock, nobody heard of it, now many more institutions are involved and I don't think there are too many unhappy holders.
