LONGonDELL: IMHO many investors will soon view DELL differently. In the next 2 years they want to get to the point where they are doing over half of their business and customer support online. They are becoming "an internet stock". And we know DELL will continue to generate SIGNIFICANT profits for shareholders. They have a business model that has been proven and it's getting better all of the time. Think about customer loyalty. Wouldn't you want to continue to do business with DELL?? Michael Dell has his team focusing on providing a great customer experience. Hmmmmm......Who is really going to come out ahead?? I'll bet on DELL and continue to sleep well. Have a great day. -Scott
